How It Works

Your monthly payment builds up in your Beauty account and can be used anytime. Members get exclusive discounts, priority booking, and VIP perks. Funds roll over and never expire as long as your membership is active. If you cancel, you have 6 months to use any remaining funds before they expire.

Membership Terms & Conditions

Payments & Usage

Monthly payments are auto-deducted and accumulate in your Beauty Bank.
Funds can be used for services within your tier but cannot be used toward gratuities.
Discounts apply only to regular-priced services and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Cancellation & Relocation Policy

Cancel Anytime After 3 Months

Members may cancel after completing 3 months of membership with a 30-day notice. No cash refunds will be issued, but remaining funds can be used for services or skincare products within 6 months of cancellation or transferred to a friend.

Canceling Before 3 Months

Members who cancel before completing 3 months of membership are not eligible for cash refunds. Remaining funds can be applied toward administrative fees, used for services, skincare products, or transferred to a friend.

Relocation (50+ Miles Away):

Members who relocate more than 50 miles away may cancel at any time with proof of relocation. A cash refund may be issued, minus administrative fees and any used discounts.

No Cash Refunds for Non-Relocation Cancellations:

Regardless of the cancellation timeline, cash refunds are only available for relocation cancellations. Non-relocation cancellations may use remaining funds for services, skincare products, or transfer them to a friend.

Service Policies

Membership discounts and perks apply only to active members.
Services are subject to provider availability, and members are encouraged to book in advance.
Membership cannot be shared or transferred (except for eligible fund transfers upon cancellation).
